India has one of the largest higher education systems in the world with more than 1.4 million schools and more than 36000 higher education institutes, though there are still a lot of untapped opportunities in the education system. India has become the second largest market for e-learning. By the end of 2020, she will have the world’s largest tertiary-age population. The education market in India is expected to reach $116.4 billion in FY 2016-17 mainly because of the rapid expansion in the higher education realm, which is expected to grow at an average annual rate of over 18 per cent in the coming 10 years.

The market research industry in India is estimated to be valued at around $110 million. Research is used as a prime decision making tool for companies, and the players in this industry strive for excellence in a demanding and challenging environment. Intellectual capital and highly trained manpower at competitive costs are readily available in the country and research expertise and methodologies used are top of the rung. With the Government’s support, research industry in India is set to witness robust growth in the following years.

Analytics industry has touched upon almost all the other industries in some way or the other. It stands at annual revenue of $1.64 billion, with a rate of 28.8 % CAGR. In the scope of analytics and data science, many startups are rising and several sub-industries such as artificial intelligence are developing. In 2015, around 8500 freshers joined the Indian analytics workforce and this industry is looking forward to welcoming skilled personnel at senior levels, required to support its growth.
