REPORTING – Will report to National SALES HEAD HR
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :-
HR Business Partnership Role handling a zone consisting of assigned zone.
End to End HR responsibility for branches and employees in the Zone through the Regional HR Managers.
Meet stakeholder’s expectations as per the agreed SLAs for recruitment life-cycle management for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources including planning, budgeting & forecasting of man-power requirements within region in consultation with business leaders and conducting selection interviews.
Design and develop Job Descriptions / Key Result Areas for Managers / Executives.
Change Management
Institute change-management practices in the organization, including organizational restructuring & manpower rationalization initiatives.
Capability Building
Identify competencies required for middle management roles. Identify current skill levels and devise plan to bridge gaps across sales and support functions.
Employee Engagement
Develop and implement HR & OD interventions viz., HR Audit, Employee Satisfaction survey and Organizational Climate survey for improving performance.
Review & Escalation Management for the Region
Employee Grievance Resolution through HR modules & engagement workshops (Branch Visits,Employee Meet, Town Halls, etc.)
Operations & Resource Management
Overall coordination and integration of operations and resource planning including induction,training-development through interventions designed to raise organizational performance.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and necessary action management for non-compliance cases along with Business Protection, Audit and Investigation function.
Drive various Culture building initiatives.
Work on various strategic initiatives including customer (internal & external) retention, cost optimization and key initiatives at the regional level.
Drive initiatives to enhance motivational levels and job involvement of employees, thereby leading to lower attrition levels and increased employee productivity.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Currently , handling a zone / region of multiple states ( current / previous ) with a large manpower base.
Good knowledge of latest HR practices,Should be from a reputed B School.
INDUSTRY PREFERENCE – BANKING , INSURANCE & FINANCIAL sector ( preferred ).
